MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
KAMPONG HASH HOUSE HARRIERS

Please accept this application to be an ORDINARY / TEMPORARY (delete as
appropriate) member of Kampong Hash House Harriers (hereinafter called the
"Club").  I understand that the Club's acceptance of this application is
on the condition that I accept and abide by the Club Constitution, by-laws,
rules and conventions prevailing.

Furthermore, I agree:

1. To be responsible for laying run(s) with any co-hare(s) and on
   date(s)scheduled by the Club.
2. To pay the expenses incurred in setting runs on an equal sharing
   basis with my co-hare(s).
3. To be responsible for scribing and submission of a report on any
   run when scheduled to do so by the Club.
4. Not to commit the Club to any local or overseas activity, nor to
   hold such activity in the name of the Club with any non-member or
   with other clubs unless I have been authorised by the Club.
5. To be responsible for the payment of my guest's fee and their
   proper attire and conduct at any run.  I shall not bring any minors
   (up to age to 18) for any run.
6. To ensure that only suitable guests (as defined in the "Qualification"
   paragraph) are proposed by me for membership.
7. To keep strictly private and confidential all printed matter that
   is marked "For members only".
8. Not to hold the Club, its officers, agents or members responsible
   or liable for any physical injury, death or damage sustained by me,
   howsoever caused, as a result of my participation of the Clubs
   activities.

Qualification: I hereby declare that I am not and have never been a
bankrupt, that I have never been convicted for any crime in a Court of Law
and that I have never been expelled from any Sports Club or Association.
Should these declarations be subsequently found to be untrue, I agree to be
expelled from the Club.
